Job Description

  • Responsible to promote the company business to all potential clients by planning, organizing, strategizing & developing the company’s business presence with each clients in order to achieve business targets.
  • To identify any new business opportunities that may be viable to the company.
  • Liaison with customers, suppliers and government agencies.
  • Coordinate all Sales activities including regular reporting, report all updates, timely response to all queries.
  • Contractual negotiation follow-up.
  • Identify potential agents, partners, etc. in order to enhance secure orders for the company.
  • To provide technical support and supervision for the installation of the underground storage tanks.
  • Perform market/sales strategy and prepare sales report to improve revenue.
  • Perform SWOT analysis and initiate the action plan.

Job Qualification

  • Candidate must possess a minimum Degree in Engineering/ Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development.
  • Well equipped with strong credentials, this candidate must have at least 8 Years) of worth of sales experience. Experience in the turbomachinery equipment and knowledge in compressors, dryers, filters, receiver tanks, pumps and other related machinery will be an added advantage
  • Must be familiar with the selling of products and service (maintenance, repair, commission, and installation) of these turbomachinery equipment to customers as engineering solution partners.
  • Should also have strong contacts in the industries, have strong leadership skills and someone who is very customer centric

Job Description

  • To execute proper procedures to inspect weld utilizing proper techniques and tools
  • To measure, evaluate and inspect welds to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
  • To carry out onsite welding inspections during various stages of construction
  • To maintain accurate and complete records of inspections and test data
  • To check and approve welds for high quality workmanship, in accordance with specifications
  • To inspect manually welds for conformance to specified requirement- perform weld inspections of structural, mechanical work, including fabrications, weldments, assemblies and vessel sections
  • To perform regular quality assessment on all incoming materials from supplier or vendor and outgoing products for delivery
  • To evaluate and recommend change to welding procedures
  • To recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control
  • To perform document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
  • To teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence
  • To resolve quality related issues in a timely manner.

Job Qualification

  • Minimum requirement Technical Engineering Certificate or Diploma must have professional certificate such as Welding Inspector (WI) – (CWI or CSWIP) or radiography interpreter (ASNT – RI) is advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in pressure vessel fabrication or metal fabrication,
  • Familiar with WPS/PQR and fabrication code such as ASME, AWS, BS standard, Australia standard and others, good sound knowledge about material specification, welding technology and NDT testing.

Job Description

  • To review Coating Procedure
  • To supervise the Contractor and Subcontractor Activities to Implementation of various Customer Specification during production process
  • To monitor and Control all Contractor and Subcontractor Inspection Activities (Surface preparation Blasting and Painting to ensure and check abrasive, surface profile, coating, environmental and Perform test such as Holiday test, Adhesion test (after the coating process will quantify the strength of the bond between substrate & coating).
  • To review & verify with Client all works completed successfully and ensure that Report/Record as Per Client Specification and Fabrication Procedure.
  • Controlling and Evaluating all the Quality Control activities during all the painting activities
  • To Control Calibration Interval, Calibration Status and In-House Calibration of Equipment o Final Inspection coating prior shipment.
  • To review & compile All Field Blasting and Painting Record for Manufacturing Data Report (MDR) or Project Documentation for turn over document to Client.

Job Qualification

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Painting.
  • Either; NACE Level II coating inspector or TWI/BGAS grade 2 painting inspector.
  • Familiar with codes ANSI, SSPC, ASTM, NACE, AWWA, ISO, AS etc.
