Job Description

  1. Receive instructions and perform technical / non-technical work as required from General Manager/ Factory Manager and Asst. Manager (direct supervisor).
  2. Observe and maintain good HSE and Quality culture in the floor especially related to air receiver tanks production.
  3. Enforcement for every sections compliance into Dancomair’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in term of Corporate Image compliance, Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS), Tools & Equipment, Licensing & 5S
  4. Maintain good records on manufacturing and fabrication of air receiver tanks to comply with company policies and DOSH/JKKP requirement.
  5. Receive SOFPP and provide the delivery date and tank number (name plate) from buffer stock to sales department base on customer requirements or production capability if planner not available.
  6. Follow-up Job Card in production floor.
  7. Raise PR for material purpose & accessories including consumable and follow-up material incoming.
  8. Prepare & issue report
  • Daily production status report every sections based on their key performance index (KPI).
  • Weekly productivity monitoring every sections from KPI.
  • Monthly Forecast and productivity report.
  • Update name plate control and outstanding 2015/2016 tank.
  • Documentation, recording and filling.

  • Paint Shop schedule
  • HT list to QC department. (Weekly)
  • Tank Skid section.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng), Mechanical Engineering,
  • Have at least 3-5 years’ experience solid in steel manufacturing
  • Good Leadership Skills
  • Proficiency in production management software and a strong understanding of steel fabrication techniques.
  • Familiar with production output per labour hour report, cycle time analysis, overall equipment effectiveness, production waste efficiency, manhour analysis etc.

Job Description

  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing the overall supply chain strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. This includes setting long-term plans, defining key performance indicators (KPls), and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Continuously analysing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. This involves identifying bottlenecks, streamlining operations, and implementing best practices such as lean principles and process automation.
  • Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels to achieve a balance between meeting customer demands and minimizing carrying costs. This includes forecasting demand, setting inventory targets, optimizing reorder points, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and products.
  • Supplier Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a reliable supply of goods and services. Monitoring supplier performance, evaluating their capabilities, and implementing supplier development initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance. Always strive for Cost reduction to improve bottom line, optimizing material usage and minimize wastage.
  • Logistics and Distribution: Overseeing the transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities within the supply chain. This involves optimizing transportation routes, managing warehouse operations, and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure efficient movement of goods. Effective packing and maximizing container loading.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks within the supply chain, such as supply disruptions, quality issues, and regulatory compliance. Developing contingency plans, implementing risk assessment processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize the impact of potential disruptions.
  • Performance Measurement and Analysis: Establishing key metrics and performance indicators to monitor the performance of the supply chain. Analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights to senior management to drive decision-making an continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Managing and developing a team of supply chain professionals including hiring, training, and performance management. Providing guidance coaching, and support to ensure the team’s effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Technology and Systems: Leveraging technology and implementing supply chain management systems to enhance visibility, efficiency, and collaboration within the supply chain. This includes evaluating and adopting relevant tools and technologies to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Sustainability and Social Responsibility: Integrating sustainable and socially responsible practices into the supply chain. This involves considering environmental impact, ethical sourcing, and promoting sustainable initiatives throughout the supply chain network.

 

Job Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have experience in Sales Engineering will be an advantage.
  • Computer literate – MYOB knowledge added advantage
  • Good communication and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Job Description

  • Responsible to promote the company business to all potential clients by planning, organizing, strategizing & developing the company’s business presence with each clients in order to achieve business targets.
  • To identify any new business opportunities that may be viable to the company.
  • Liaison with customers, suppliers and government agencies.
  • Coordinate all Sales activities including regular reporting, report all updates, timely response to all queries.
  • Contractual negotiation follow-up.
  • Identify potential agents, partners, etc. in order to enhance secure orders for the company.
  • To provide technical support and supervision for the installation of the underground storage tanks.
  • Perform market/sales strategy and prepare sales report to improve revenue.
  • Perform SWOT analysis and initiate the action plan.

 

Job Qualification

  • Candidate must possess a minimum Degree in Engineering/ Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development.
  • Well equipped with strong credentials, this candidate must have at least 8 Years) of worth of sales experience. Experience in the turbomachinery equipment and knowledge in compressors, dryers, filters, receiver tanks, pumps and other related machinery will be an added advantage
  • Must be familiar with the selling of products and service (maintenance, repair, commission, and installation) of these turbomachinery equipment to customers as engineering solution partners.
  • Should also have strong contacts in the industries, have strong leadership skills and someone who is very customer centric

Job Description

  • To process all invoices, ensuring that they are properly matched and verified.
  • To prepare payment proposal and cheque for payment.
  • To maintain an accurate and updated accounting records.
  • To assist with the daily financial and accounting transactions.
  • To assist in month end closing activities.
  • To ensure that all filling is done in a timely and regular basis.

Job Qualification

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance or any relevant.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
  • Ability to have precision in handling account data and detecting discrepancies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep records orderly, and meet deadlines.

Job Description

  • To execute proper procedures to inspect weld utilizing proper techniques and tools
  • To measure, evaluate and inspect welds to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
  • To carry out onsite welding inspections during various stages of construction
  • To maintain accurate and complete records of inspections and test data
  • To check and approve welds for high quality workmanship, in accordance with specifications
  • To inspect manually welds for conformance to specified requirement- perform weld inspections of structural, mechanical work, including fabrications, weldments, assemblies and vessel sections
  • To perform regular quality assessment on all incoming materials from supplier or vendor and outgoing products for delivery
  • To evaluate and recommend change to welding procedures
  • To recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control
  • To perform document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
  • To teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence
  • To resolve quality related issues in a timely manner.

 

Job Qualification

  • Minimum requirement Technical Engineering Certificate or Diploma must have professional certificate such as Welding Inspector (WI) – (CWI or CSWIP) or radiography interpreter (ASNT – RI) is advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in pressure vessel fabrication or metal fabrication,
  • Familiar with WPS/PQR and fabrication code such as ASME, AWS, BS standard, Australia standard and others, good sound knowledge about material specification, welding technology and NDT testing.

Job Description

  • To review Coating Procedure
  • To supervise the Contractor and Subcontractor Activities to Implementation of various Customer Specification during production process
  • To monitor and Control all Contractor and Subcontractor Inspection Activities (Surface preparation Blasting and Painting to ensure and check abrasive, surface profile, coating, environmental and Perform test such as Holiday test, Adhesion test (after the coating process will quantify the strength of the bond between substrate & coating).
  • To review & verify with Client all works completed successfully and ensure that Report/Record as Per Client Specification and Fabrication Procedure.
  • Controlling and Evaluating all the Quality Control activities during all the painting activities
  • To Control Calibration Interval, Calibration Status and In-House Calibration of Equipment o Final Inspection coating prior shipment.
  • To review & compile All Field Blasting and Painting Record for Manufacturing Data Report (MDR) or Project Documentation for turn over document to Client.

Job Qualification

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Painting.
  • Either; NACE Level II coating inspector or TWI/BGAS grade 2 painting inspector.
  • Familiar with codes ANSI, SSPC, ASTM, NACE, AWWA, ISO, AS etc.
