MODULAR AND SCALABLE

OVERVIEW

Dancomair Engineering is the parent company behind Dancomair Energy Services Sdn Bhd, a complete BESS packager and site installer based in Rawang, Selangor. Our Battery Energy Storage Systems are manufactured through Integrated Energy Systems (IES), a BESS manufacturer with an established deployment track record in Australia, in joint venture with CD Power, an Australian power systems specialist bringing decades of engineering experience in energy storage and microgrid design. Together, this group delivers locally packaged, factory-tested BESS backed by proven overseas engineering expertise.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE (ALL-IN-ONE SOLUTION)

Every BESS cabinet integrates the following subsystems, fully assembled and tested at the factory:

  1. Battery pack
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cells sourced from a BloombergNEF Tier 1 supplier, for safe, long-life energy storage
  2. Battery Management System (BMS)
Cell monitoring, balancing, state-of-charge calculation and fault/fire detection
  3. Power Conversion System (PCS)
    Bi-directional AC/DC conversion with grid-connected and off-grid operation
  4. Energy Management System (EMS)
Coordinates charge/discharge, parallel cabinets and real-time monitoring
  5. Thermal Management System
Liquid cooling keeps the battery within its optimal operating range
  6. Fire Suppression System
Integrated detection, alarms and aerosol suppression

KEY BENEFITS

Liquid Cooled Efficiency

.Intelligent cooling reduces auxiliary energy consumption by 30% compared to air cooling

Industrial-grade Safety

Three-level fire protection, explosion-proof design, and AI-driven monitoring.

Scalable Power

Connect up to20 units in parallel to scale beyond 5 MWh.

Long-term ROI

High-performance LFP batteris with 8000+ cycles for reliable investment returns.

Our team has executed BESS projects for microgrid and oil & gas applications overseas for over 15 years.

A dedicated design and engineering team provides complete technical documentation and customised solutions to meet each project’s specifications.

BESS units are manufactured, assembled and fully factory-tested in-house before shipment, ensuring consistent quality and reliable performance.

Closed-loop liquid cooling for both batteries and PCS avoids drawing outside air, making the system inherently resistant to dust ingress with minimal maintenance.

A dedicated local team handles on-site commissioning and after-sales support, backed by CD Power’s engineering experience.
